Bathroom remodeling in Missoula, MT

Cooper was my installer and he showed up at my door promptly at 8 am. He and his assistant Phoenix explained what they were going to do and how the day would progress. He anticipated completion by 5:30 pm, and they went right to work. The job included the removal of the previous shower enclosure, then the removal of a wall and expansion of the space for a new, larger shower enclosure installation. Soon into the wall removal potion, we discovered a large vent line in the space I thought was empty. …. That had to be rerouted and reconnected to the existing roof exhaust vent. This change required considerably more time and the reconfiguration of the ceiling of the new shower ceiling. Time wise, they worked to 8:30 pm, completing the installation (so I could use it) except for the installation of a new (larger) ceiling piece which had to be ordered. When it was received, Cooper was back, completing the job in a couple of hours. I was very impressed with the workmanship, attention to every detail, accommodation of required changes, and work ethic of these installers, as well as the communication and attention of Bath Fitters as represented by Amanda. I also am very impressed that the price of the job did not change.

We found a leak and decided to replace the entire shower. Have owned for 8 years but never really knew where to start. Bath Fitters made EVERYTHING easy. From the estimate to the finished install. Brandon, Amanda, Maggie & Chris have been the best to work with. Chris probably has a little bit more of my gratitude, because he’s the one that did the install. The new shower looks amazing! Phoenix did an awesome job remodeling our shower! It is beautiful and we love it! He is very conscientious and personable!

Chris brought a high level of professionalism in this project. His quality of workmanship was exemplary. He was easy to communicate with and finished his portion of the work on schedule. While the configuration installed was different from the original contract from Bath Fitters, I do have open issues to discuss with the salesperson Brandon Beach. I am confident that Brandon Beach or Amanda Paul of Bath Fitters will process a refund the cost of unused parts and labor. The bottom line is the quality is excellent.
